Our manufacturing infrastructure includes state-of-the-art machines combined with foremost management techniques & quality control procedures developed specifically for each customer and type of parts & product that enables us to be the best in manufacturing products.

We have an end-to-end solution for Forging, Machining & Sub-assemblies. We have dedicated plants for each of these processes. A continued investment in our machining division and quality standards allows us to give you a confident service when it comes to machining infrastructure.

Forging Plant (Precision Forging Division-PFD)

Essae has best in class cold & warm forging located at Bommasandra, Bangalore. All the supporting activities like annealing, phosphating, shot blasting and tool room facilities are available in-house.

Warm Forging Press Line

Essae has most modern Kurimoto – 1500 Tons, 5 Station Press. Warm forging technology contributes to significant yield improvement of input material. The near nut shape also ensures minimum machining activity and maximum productivity.

Cold Forging

Essae has most modern Kurimoto – 1500 Tons, 5 Station Press. Cold forging technology contributes to significant yield improvement of input material. The near net shape also ensures minimum machining activity and maximum
productivity.

Essae has the most advanced Schuler 630 ton, vertical 4 station press for the cold forging jobs. The machine has capacity to manufacture from 330 grams to up to 2 Kilograms parts with 25-50 strokes/minute for high-quality precision manufacturing. Gears Blanks, Internal Spline Shafts, Toner Rings are some of the parts manufactured with the machine.

Hydraulic Press

We have an 800 Ton Hydraulic, vertical station press with a capacity of manufacturing parts from 500 grams to 8 Kilograms.

Hub Drive Plant (Hub Drive Division-HDD)

We have a dedicated Hub-Drive plant for the assembly & sub-assembly of automotive & earth moving equipment. The plant has a wide range of machinery and skilled workforce dedicated and experienced in the assembly process

Machining Plant (Machining Component Division-MCD)

The Machining Component Division (MCD) is equipped with state-of-the-art machining infrastructure that caters various parts & component development for our customers. The facility contains CNC Turning Centres, Milling Machines, Gear Hobbing Machines, Induction Hardening, Angular Grinding Machines and other Special Purpose Machines.

A one-stop-shop from forgings to machined components to gears & assemblies, consisting of light to heavy duty machines to perform operations like hobbing, turning, milling, boring & drilling to complex profile milling & critical precision operation. Being handled by a professional & dedicated workforce in synergy between man machine & method.

Our production team is constantly looking at modern clamping systems and high-performance cutting tools assisted with latest machining strategies to improve your production processes.
